BANG BANG sauce is something I never had until a few months ago, but I immediately knew I wanted to smother EVERYTHING in it! First up–shrimp! Shrimp is one of my favorite proteins because it freezes well, defrosts super quickly, and it’s sold at Costco (lol)!!
My husband has mentioned that he loooves this shrimp dish more than any of my other ones (say whaaa), so it’s been a repeat meal in our kitchen as of late. Luckily, it’s super easy to whip up because you only need a few ingredients. The bang bang sauce is literally only kewpie mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha or chili garlic sauce, and minced garlic! It goes perfectly with the crunchy, juicy shrimp and I love this dish on top of a rice bowl with some cucumber, avocado, and kimchi. Enjoy!
